REM Digital Design provides a range of digital marketing services including, but not limited to, Google Ads management, social media advertising, search engine optimisation (SEO), and social media graphics and content creation.
Service scope
All marketing services are delivered based on the agreed proposal or monthly package. Any additional work requested outside of the agreed scope may be quoted and billed separately.
No guaranteed results
While we apply industry best practices and proven strategies, REM Digital Design does not guarantee specific results such as rankings, lead volume, sales, or return on ad spend. Marketing performance can be influenced by factors outside our control including competition, market conditions, and client responsiveness.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to advertising accounts, social media platforms, websites, and any required business information or assets. Delays in providing access or approvals may impact timelines and performance.
Advertising spend
All advertising budgets (for example Google Ads or social media ad spend) are separate from management fees and are payable directly by the client to the relevant platform unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms
Marketing services are typically provided on a monthly basis and must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Services may be paused or suspended if payments fall into arrears.
Cancellation
Unless otherwise stated in your proposal, marketing services operate on a rolling monthly basis and require 30 days’ written notice to cancel. Any prepaid marketing fees are non-refundable once work for that period has commenced.
Creative and content ownership
All graphics, Ad creatives, and Ad content created by REM Digital Design remain our property until paid for in full. Once paid, the client is granted full usage rights for their business and marketing channels.
You may cancel your advertising campaign at any time. However, all campaigns are subject to a minimum advertising spend of £500. If a campaign is cancelled before reaching the £500 minimum ad spend, the full service charge based on this minimum spend will still apply and must be paid in full.
How this works
Our management fee is calculated against a minimum £500 ad spend. If you cancel early and have not yet reached this amount, any remaining service fees required to meet the minimum will be due upon cancellation.
Example
If you have spent £200 on ads and paid a £60 service fee, but then choose to cancel, the campaign has not reached the £500 minimum spend.
You would therefore be required to pay the remaining £90 service fee to meet the minimum charge based on the £500 campaign threshold.
This ensures campaign setup, optimisation time, and management costs are fairly covered regardless of early cancellation.
If you breach these terms and conditions or fail to settle outstanding fees, We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your campaign and related services.
We may amend, suspend, or discontinue any services at my discretion and without prior notice.
Upon termination, We reserve the right to remove or delete all files, data, and information associated with the discontinued services.
